Policy Details
These professional policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, consistent, and professional environment for all clients. Mutual respect between client and therapist is expected at all times. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.
Before your appointment:
- Please print and fill out all paperwork and bring it with you (I've got you covered if you forget!).
- Please call/text me at 612-226-7891 if you have any concerns or questions.
- Look for an appointment reminder 48 hours before your appointment.
Arriving for your appointment:
- Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to discuss the treatment plan and use the restroom so that you can receive your full treatment time
- There are 2 places to wait: inside the front door where there are 2 chairs and a small table OR you can head to the little kitchen/break area down the hall past my massage studio/bathrooms.
